We used Nativeway as well. At the stingray sandbar, we noticed the Capt Marvin's group was much larger than ours. Nativeway did a great job, and we'd definately use them again.
I think you can use about any of them. Have not heard a bad review about any of them. We did use Captain Marvins. Heard great things about Nativeway too , from our other cruisers.
Used Nativeway for the second time in September, and they are STILL the ones I will used again if (when) we go back and want to do the "sting ray thing" again.
Meant to post this right after we got back. but forgot. (Sorry)
I liked Nativeway, but think Soto's is still my favorite. Also went on Cockatoo catamaran and some others.
It sounds like Grand Cayman is going to start regulating Stingray City and Stingray Sandbar sometime this year (I think that will mean a tax on each visitor).
Read this in a recent Grand Cayman newsletter:
"New rules are to be introduced to manage Stingray City and Stingray Sandbar. According to press reports, the Marine Conservation Law has been amended to provide the framework for regulating watersports activities in the Cayman Islands, particularly at the Stingray City and Sandbar sites. Minister of Environment Charles Clifford said "Given the importance of these types of areas to our tourism product and our environment, and by extension, to our quality of life, it is clear that regulation is now required to ensure that our natural environment is preserved and protected, not just for us… but for generations to come." Under the new regulations, likely to be implemented in the first quarter of 2007, Stingray City and the Sandbar will be designated as Wildlife Interaction Zones in the Marine Parks Regulations.
"Among other things, it is proposed that in the Wildlife Interaction Zones, no one be permitted to remove a stingray or any other marine life from the water, or to fish or take any form of marine life by any means." The regulations will also limit the amount and type of food fed to the stingrays, and control where boats can anchor inside the Wildlife Interaction Zone. All tourist boats entering the Wildlife Interaction Zone will need to be licensed, and the new rules will control the number of boats visiting the attraction at any one time."
We went again last month and again we booked through RC. Had an absolute marvelous time!
The boat we took had about 18 people on it. They say they are experiencing a drop because of the Steve Irwin death. At any rate, I would go again and again and still use RC. It was $45pp, which I didn't think was out of line.

I happened to be cruising when Steve Irwin was killed and we were in Grand Cayman the next day. Lots of anxious people standing in line at the shore excursions desk asking if they were likely to be killed. Don't think there were that many cancellations. But I have no doubt business is down.
Stupid question justducky... Where do you get the underwater disposable camera? This is the first time I'm going on a cruise, so I don't know where you can purchase these things....
mel Never frown, even when you are sad, because you never know who is
falling in love with your smile.

No work!! Warm Weather!! Here I come!!!!
They are widely available... at most any discount store, like Walmlart or Target.
Even drugstores and some supermarkets... wherever the 'dry' disposables are sold, you can usually also find the underwater ones.
Price is usually just a couple of bucks more than the rebular disposable ones.
