Red Baron...

1/2 day sail in 2005...Zodiac excursion on our 15OCT06 RCCL Rhapsody cruise. The Red Baron sailboat was awesome. We will be with kiddos on this trip so the captain suggested the 1/2 day Zodiac. We will visit the stingray sandbar and starfish beach.

The Stingray swim, no matter who or what or how you do it, do it. Way too much fun for adults.

We've booked the Nativeway Island Tour and Stingray City in December. It goes every place we wanted to see and its much cheaper than RCL!

You are not stupid for not knowing what BBD is! We weren't born with an acronym dictionary. It is Big Black Dick rum, very popular in Grand Cayman.

DH and I rented a car in GC and drove out to Rum Point with a few stops along the way. It was an easy drive and Rum Point is just beautiful.

Grand Cayman was gorgeous. My mom and I did an island highlights tour that hit the usual spots -- Hell, Turtle Farm (loved that) and a rum cake factory that let us taste about eight different varieties. We also shopped in Georgetown and had lunch at the Hard Rock. My husband and son went to Seven Mile Beach, but said the Colony Club was way crowded and they'd just get a taxi and do beach on their own next time. The Grand Cayman museum was still closed because of hurricane damage. For some reason, the Atlantis sub excursion was canceled on our 4/8/06 cruise -- weather was perfect, we're not sure why.

We did the Stingray city and snorkle trip with Capt. Bryan and loved it - One of the highlights of our cruise. Family from Hawaii and they said the snorkling was better in GC more coral and fish.
