If you are looking for a quiet type of place and do not care about whether it is on deck or not, I would suggest the Ionian Room. This is a nice quiet location for the most part ... people due tend to move through this room however as it leads from the Internet Cafe to the Pacific Dining room ... there is a bar in here as well and it is an area that allows smoking ...
