It's bigger, and it's a completely different layout.

The promenade is on deck 5, and you will either like or dislike the Lido deck layout.

I am a fan of the Spirit class, yet still sailed all three "Destiny" class, two because they sailed out of NY.

I may sail the Victory again in August. Oh yeah. It's a bit GREEN.

I have only been on the Fantasy and the Victory, but really enjoyed the Victory ...

Lots of cruisers comment on the amount of green ... and yes there is lots, but for me and my family it was just enough ... the layout is a bit different, but if you just remember to go to the Promenade deck (deck 5), to go from one end of the ship to the other you will be just fine ... Do watch out for the Seahorses that are at the end of the stairs, they have been known to leave a bruise if someone cuts the turn to sharp ...

I am looking forward to sailing on the Victory again in December ...

    Green?

    Mr. Pete and Canner,
What, exactly, do you mean by "green?"

Is it the walls? The decor? The lighting? The color of the passenger's faces? The amount of landscaping? The environmental friendliness?

    Please advise...

    Thanks!

The green color is refered to as turquoise and salmon pink colors throughout the ship....

It seems to be the only colors throughout the ship...

    Very nice ship,

The green is all different shades ... it is to represent the colors of the sea and I found them to be very nice ...

I guess we should look at more of the Carnival Victory photos, don't remember anything being excessive.
