Thread: Carnival Valor Cabin #7434 or 7439

I have reserved cabin #7434 for a back-to-back in Dec '06 but it has an unusual configuration. Cabin #7439 is the mirror image on the starboard side. The balcony is HUGE but the rest of the stateroom is oddly shaped. Is there anyone out there who has had either one? If so, I would appreciate your opinion of the cabin set-up in general.

I like it seems like more room. Balcony is AWESOME! Friends of ours had one on the Triumph very similar to Valor! Your going to love it!

That balcony is prime property!!! I would grab it and not care how the cabin is, You sllep there but the balcony is huge!!!

Is that the L-shaped cabin?

Yes it is. I found some pictures on another site. The balcony is a lot longer but no wider. However, the room appears to be quite small in comparison to other balcony cabins. Have you stayed in one of these cabins?

We were in the same cabin one deck down and it was fabulous. If you look at the deck plans, there is a slight difference between the cabins, but I would highly, highly recommend it. The balcony was the best.

As someone said, you've got much more space than a balcony cabin further forward. I'd not worry about the odd shape . As you should know this cabin is at the rear of the vessel just before the cabin which wraps around the back of the Valor. We were shown that cabin as well as a Penthouse suite. The latter is huge and as you would imagine, costs much more.
