Talking Valor Cruise?

WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF BOOKING ON THE VALOR FOR LATER THIS YEAR. HAS ANYONE STAYED ON DECK 6> WE WERE WONDERING IF IT'S NOISY, SEEING IT'S OVER THE CASINO? DOES IT MAKE A DIFFERENCE?. WE WANT A BALCONY. WHAT'S THE BEST DECK TO STAY ON?

Johnnie, do you have a cabin # ???

My Signature Some people try to turn back their odometers. Not me! I want people to know why I look this way. I've traveled a long way, and some of the roads weren't paved.

Deck 6 is above the Casino which is on deck 5 on the Promenade deck!! So deck 7 is above all cabins!!

OK, I am on the valor in October on deck 6, aft!! My cabin is right in the middle of the back. I am posting two links, one is the promenade on deck 5 so you can see where everying is below deck 6, then I am posting Deck 6, and then 7. Deck 7 will be right above other cabins and a safer bet, unless you get an aft cabin!!!

We were on the Empress Deck, 7-389, which is just forward of the aft elevators,so any one travelling in the future on the Valor, these balcony cabins in this general area are great. I"ve been told of vibration at the front of the ship. I've also seen reviews from people who had cabins on Deck 8 and were directly below the galley of the Lido deck (9), complain of the noise from the food carts on the tile floor above. Hope this helps future Valor cruisers.

Ok, I recently read a review by a cruise expert on the best cabins on cruise ships but I can't find the website. Anyway, it mentioned Deck 6 on the Conquest-Class Carnival ships, and it is recommended that you book cabins midship on this class of ship. The article stated that the reviewer did not get any noise from the Casino and another public room below, which I don't remember. I'll try again to find that info. and post it here for you to read.
