We just came back from the Rusty Wallace cruise. My husband and I went because we were at the cruise a thon and decided being we were in Florida, might as well cruise. We were given TA rates and had a great room. Carnival never told us it was a nascar cruise, which I really think when they have a large group like that going, they should let other cruisers know.
We probably won't take another Carnival Cruise. The cruise had very poor smoking rules. Even by the pool it was hard to get out of the smoke. One pool was complete okay to smoke and the other you could smoke on one side but they didn't inforce it. Every night club had smoking in it so there was no where to go in the evening if you didn't smoke except the Karoke.
Intertainment was nothing compared to other cruises we have been on. Comedians 3 out of the 7 nights.
