We were on the Valor 2-day pre-inaugural cruise last December and it was great. Bob Dickinson was on board with a lot of press and travel agents, so everything was first class. I doubt that waiters will be wandering the ship serving lobster as hors d'oeuvres as they did then.:realitych

Not July 10 - anyone for October 30 - should really be fun with Halloween Party. Haven't done Carnival (thought it would be overly child friendly for a couple of 50ish cruisers. Then we met up with several Carnival cruisers (and the head chef) at Carlos and Charlies in Cozumel in April and they said we HAD to give Carnival a try - so here we go!
