Thread: Carnival Spirit ~ Vancouver to Hawaii ~ September 16, 2009 ~ Who's going with us?

We have a smalll group going together on this cruise; the prices were awesome and Hawaiii is alll that and so much more!

Who's going with us???

Is this a one way trip? We just did a one way and want to do a round trip next time.
The sea days were fantastic.

Yes, it is from Vancouver to Honolulu. We initally wanted a r/t, but RCCL only offered their old ship, Rhapsody and the Princess ones were outta sight, price wise, so we opted for this one, that starts in a foriegn port (thus, getting that requirement out of the way) and didn't go to Gawdforsaken Ensenada LOL

Hope you find what you want; the pickings are slim for 2009!

Sorry, I somehow missed your question??? Hmmm now I see I had answered it, but wasn't able to see that post earlier...so confused!! LOL

Anyhoo, yes this is a one way cruise. Several of the cruise lines have opted out of the Hawaii runs for the 2009 season and those that remained have priced it way high, considering the ships they were using. So, we went with Plan B and are so exciited about gettting a 12 day Hawaii cruise in a balcony for under $1600 and $200 in shipboard credit ~ what a fab package we got!

We have sailed the Rhapsody, twice. She was good..not as nice as the Radiance class though.

We'll be bringing in the Spirit from Hawaii to Vancouver in April.You'll get to take her back!! Have a great cruise! I'll try to remember to post a review after our cruise.

We are going on the Spirit to hawaii sept16/09 it will be our first cruise and we are sooo excited it's all i can think about and my son thinks I'm obsessed about it.What does a teenager know about it I have already got my area set aside to put all the little things suggested on here to take. it can not come soon enough

We won't be on this cruise, but I'm sure it will be so much fun. For us part of the excitement of any cruise is the planning and the anticipation of going then of course the cruise itself.

Hope you all have a wonderful time. The Spirit is a fantastic ship. We have cruised on her 3 times and will be cruising on the Spirit to go to Alaska in 2010.

According to my clock there are still 50 days I think I need a master clockmaker to come and fix it . It is moving WAYYYYY to slow
