Carnival balcony doors

HELP!!!! This is my first time on Carnival. I saw the pic of my balcony cabin door!! It isn't a slider!! Is this where I need my bungee cord??? I want to hear the wake when I am inside too!!

I had a few of those doors, Sue. You can use a bungee by hooking it to the divider and then to your door. You do know the A/C in the room will also shut off when the door is open, right? Some people have ideas about magnets and stuff to keep the A/C on but I don't believe in messing with the way the ship's electrical is set up to work. You're going to love your cabin, I've been in an aft cabin and it has been my favorite one. You get a little motion motion and I like that, you get rocked to sleep
