How do I get the attention of someone at Carnival Cruise lines regarding the ripoff Tequilla Tour in Puerto Vallarta that I booked aboard the Carnival Pride - it was bascially a the HARD SELL to buy over priced Tequilla and stops at a jewerly store for the HARD SELL to buy EXPENSIVE silver jewlery so that the tour guide could get a KICK BACK from his merhcant buddies. I plan on posting this to alert others about this

You should have went to the purser's desk and put in a formal complaint before you left the ship. But you can still write them a letter at Carnival Guest Relations and explain your feelings on their ship sponsored shore excursion. Their email address is: grelations@carnival.com

Sorry that you had a bad excursion with Carnival. Please do write a letter to Carnival about how you feel and if you chose to cruise with Carnival again, send your letter 45 days before your newly booked cruise. You could get an on board credit with Carnival to spend on that new cruise.
