    Carnival Miracle 1/16/09

Just saw some great deals on this ship on Vacations to go. As SC residents they are quoting $399 for a balcony plus taxes and fees. Have never been on Carnival.

Go ahead and book that cruise, I think you'll like Carnival. The deals are great for SC Residents, yes.

Just keep in mind that an agent will get you the same price, plus they'll provide much better service than VTG! They are all hype and I've heard many complaints from people not happy with VTG service. Best to use an agent who will also get you a lower rate should any specials come along, which VTG won't do.

With all that said, I've been on the Miracle and while it was okay, it's not one of my favorite ships - Carnival has some much better ones. But yes, that rate is very good - keeping in mind that it does not include taxes.

I have only been on Carvinal twice, the Holiday in 1990 and the Miracle in 2008. We were pleasantly surprised with the Miracle and I am glad that we gave Carnival another shot after 18 years!

We would go on the Miracle again in a second. We liked the open decks on this ship and it seemed like there was always a place for us to relax and enjoy the ocean.
    Upcoming cruises:
