Sailing liberty oct do they have laundry facilities also, our daughter is a very plain eater will they do her chicken & fries or burgers without having to go to a different restaurant

All Carnival ships have self-service laundries. I think the machines take quarters -- there may be a change machine in that room; else, the purser's desk will make change.

As for eating, the regular dining room will have a kids' menu that any child or adult can order off of with the usual fare: hamburgers, hot dogs, macaroni, probably chicken tenders, fish sticks. My daughter is still a picky eater, but was able to get her fed. There's also a pizzeria on most or all Carnival ships that's usually open 24-hrs. And sometimes, some of the items on the regular menu can be ordered without sauces. You can always ask your waiter if that's possible. I order my salad plain (with lemon slices on the side) so if she's like me, you can get her to eat salad too.

There's usually also a buffet that will have hamburgers at lunch (or a grill).
