Is there a schedule of all the activities onboard we can do?, also excurstions when we get out of the ship ?

Yes, there is a daily program called Carnival Caper. On embarkation day, you'll find a copy in your stateroom. Then, each night when your Cabin Steward turns down your bedding, he or she will place a Caper for the following day and you'll see all the activities scheduled onboard. Shore excursions for the ports of call on your itinerary can be viewed by clicking the following link.

there are private excursions that will probably be cheaper than the ships excursions will be too
