Thread: Room doors on the Fantasy

On the Celebration the doors must not have been metal because the magnets on my door signs did not hold. Does anyone know if the Fantasy doors are metal?

Nope ! They are wood. Sorry .

I didn't think to notice, but would have thought metal. There are many metals that magnets don't stick to (like aluminum).

True. I should have asked my question a little better.

I tried a magnet on my door on the Fantasy today and it sticks!

I'll find a picture of the door decorated that I did. I however used tape. And the tape that I had was actually to hold on gauze pads over where I had stitches. I didn't bring any magnets but you got your answer.

I guess Bill is out to sea now or will be shortly. I keep on forgetting that NO is an hour different from EST.

New Orleans is about 100 miles from the Gulf via the Mississippi. Lots of cell phone towers even once land ends and oil rigs begin. But signal will be fading shortly, I imagine.
