Thread: Any CLFers been on Destiny?

Have any of you on CLF been on Carnival Destiny? How was it? We are booking her in a few days and it would be great to know your thoughts of her.

My first cruise was on the Carnival Destiny in 2004 from San Juan on a S. Caribbean itinerary. She has since been upgraded and should be better than she was when I was on her. I have clients who disembarked the Destiny this morning, and another client who sailed on her last year January. I personally liked the ship, I know of some who didn't like it, but try her and see.

We liked it but thought the layout was strange. Also the Lido deck at times felt crowded. With that said we would cruise on the Destiny again if it had an itenary that we liked.

It's been 3 yrs since we were on the Destiny. She was in good shape for her age. I would go on her again. She has been upgraded since we sailed on her so she is probably even better now.

Hi, also had a great cruise on Destiny. Choose your cabin with caution though. I have heard of noise complaints, make sure there is nothing above or below!
