Thread: Cruising the Destiny March 16, 2008

Is anyone joining us? We are 2 couples cruising with our boys, ages 12 & 13.

I've tried so hard to find people that would be going on this cruise with us. Roll calls are so much fun. But <sigh> I haven't been able to find anyone!!! Grrr.... Oh well, I guess it's just us and the rest of the 2,000 plus people! Less than 2 months away and I'm really excited!

how are you going to communicate with your kids since cell phones don't work?

One option is to get walkie-talkies or 2-way radios. We used them a few times on cruises. When we cruised with our daughter we would set up times to meet at certain places. She spent a lot of time in the kids program.

We will be doing the other islands on our own.
