Thread: formal nights on 4 or 5 night cruises

This will depend on the cruise line, but most of the time, there is 1 formal night and it's usually the second night of your cruise, which is normally the Captain's welcome party.

Talk to your agent and they will be able to provide detailed information specific to your cruise.

Dave, on 2 - 5 day Carnival cruises, there is just 1 formal night. It's on the second night.

Actually, formal nights begin with 4 night cruises. There are no formal nights on 2, and 3 night Carnival cruises.
