Thread: Cruising on Carnival

Have / Will you cruise on Carnival?

No and I am not sure if we are going to.
I do not like the way the look inside - Neon palaces are not my strong side
However, If I did book a Carnival cruise it has to be on one of the brand new ships (Dream?? Breeze??)

Yes we have and will DEFINITELY go back.

The convenience of Charleston and JAX for shorter cruises (6 - 7 days) is a factor.

Yes we have an will again. Yes the interiors are sometimes a bit too much but since most other cruise lines have pulled out of the West Coast it is what we have. The food and the service has always been great!!

i voted other , never having sailed I hada choice of "No I would like to" which i couldn't vore for since I think I wouldn't like it as too 'loud' and 'No and don't wish to" which I couldn't vote for either since one day i might if we take our grandkids or the whole family. Never Never say never.

Yes! Very much looking forward to seeing the Spirit in Sydney next year! Will mean a big shift in cruising for Australians and I think we will be doing a crew reunion for those of us in the area!

I prefer the newer Carnival ships. I will say the Imagination was not bad with the refurbishment.

We went in to our Carnival cruise with a lot of hesitance. After hearing that it is the "Walmart" of cruise lines or a party ship, we really expected to hate it. Happily, we were surprised to have a wonderful cruise. The staff was great, the entertainment a lot of fun, the dining of a higher calibur than expected and the stateroom much roomier than we hoped. Granted, we were on the Carnival Magic, but that experience was enough to make us book another Carnival cruise that we are hoping will be almost as good.
