    That's just it, as stated above, they don't all provide water and extension cords. So far we have only gotten them on Royal Carribbean. Carnival is charging $4 a gallon, and you are to request it from your room steward, not special needs. They tell you to bring your own extension cord.

If you put distilled water in your own container and secured it in your check bag there should be no real problem after all they tell you to put your liquor in there when flying.
