    Question Carnival Pride

We are sailing out of Baltimore next May 6th. We will be on the Carnival Pride.
We are going to Grank Turk and Caicos, Half Moon Cay and Freeport. Has anyone done this cruise? If so, what did you think of the ship and crew? My husband is an amputee and we will have a handicap accessible room. What about shore excursions? Will we be very limited to what we can do? Do you recommend that we book dinner at David's? I would really appreciate the input. We have sailed on Royal Carribean (Song of America) twice before.

Hi Susie, welcome to Cruiseline fans!

I have not done that cruise, but you should be able to get a list of accessible tours thru Carnival Special Needs Dept. Check with your travel agent or call Carnival.

We did this cruise 4 times, only because we can drive to the port. Great ports except Freeport, just not our port. We did not do anything but the beaches, GT and HMC are great beach ports. HMC carnival has food for lunch on the beach. They both have there own sites, look them up. We did Davids several times, great food and also the Chefs table, The Chefs table is $75 ea but is worth it to do at least one time. It took 4 hrs. Go to JH blog to book it before your cruise. The Pride is a very nice ship, all Spirit class are nice. Never know what the weather is out of Baltimore but it could be cool the first day and the last day. No big problem. Crew is always great. If you want tours check out your Carnival site in your booking info it will list the tours and prices if thats what you are interested in.
30 Cruises with Carnival can't add the 2 jubilee cruises in 1999 and 1998 to Hawaii and southern caribbean.
