Thread: Customer Satisfaction Survey?

On the Carnival site they have cruise testimonials...

I always ignore testimonials. They are always cherry picked and do not necessarily reflect the overall sentiments.

They emailed one to us, and I don't think it was too long after we got back because I could still remember everyone's names that I wanted to mention ;-)

We've been back since 5/14/11 and still never got one.

Maybe they only email them to some people?

Lulu, as long as Carnival has your email address then you are supposed to receive one. Since you haven't if there is really something you want to tell them then you should email them.

The only things we were going to do would have been to answer the questions on how we liked/did not like things on the cruise and to mention a couple of crew members who were especially nice to us. Nothing worth our time to write a letter.

Just saying ... we NEVER got a survey! Wonder if this has been true for any others as well?

I have heard of many that never receive the survey. On the cruise this week at teh disembarkation talk Risa said they would be emailed 24 hours after the cruise but nothing yet. I will at the least mention this on John's FB page if I don't receive a survey and will also let him know if it does not come thru.
