In short , NO You get your little lobster and shrimp on dress up night.
30 Cruises with Carnival can't add the 2 jubilee cruises in 1999 and 1998 to Hawaii and southern caribbean.

Interesting concept, but I wonder how much of this is 'trying to keep initial costs of cruising down' and how much of it is just plain ole trying to increase revenue. Neither are bad, imo, but I just wouldn't like the regular menu items showing up as 'hot dog, cup of hot water and bouillion, etc' and having to pay for every tiny little increase over and above the minimal menu.

That is part of the allure of cruising to me, the all-inclusive restaurants, etc. That's why we've been to Sandals and other all-inclusive resorts. We just don't like having to pull out our wallet every time we want to do something, figuring out and adjusting our budget every single time we have a meal.

P.S. Those lobsters aren't good enough to be charging a premium for them, imo

I agree that the last thing one wants to think about is putting more money on that plastic card...the drinks are already enough..but like mentioned before just hike the cruise price up a bit to cover the cost..I look foward to gaining those ten pounds on the ship..ha
