    LuLu, no.
The Carnival ships with Specialty restaurants are the Conquest Class ships,
Conquest, Glory, Valor, Liberty and Freedom,
Carnival Spirit Class ships, Spirit, Pride, Legend, Miracle.
    Carnival Splendor,
Carnival Dream Class ships, Dream, and Magic.

Thanks, Ken! That's good infomation for everyone to know which Carnival ships have speciality restaurants!

Not exactly happy news for me, however.

It seems on Fantasy the only way to get a balcony is to book a suite.

Fantasy will begin using Charleston, SC as a home port quite soon. Charleston is VERY convenient for us and could be good for some quick EXTRA cruises ... but ... not so sure we would want to ....

    You're welcomed, LuLu.

Yes, the only way to get a balcony on the Fantasy is by booking a suite. Some ships in the Fantasy class have been retrofitted with Balcony cabins, like the Sensation and Inspiration, but not the Fantasy or Imagination. It has been refurbished though. Carnival Fantasy starts service from Charleston, SC in May.

LuLu, the Carnival Fascination now has balcony cabins. They were added during a recent refurbishment.
