"Glorious" Cruise on 8/9/2008 - Cruise Line Fans: Cruise Reviews and Chat From Real Cruisers

I'm not happy that my cruise and vacation is over, but I had a wonderful time on the Glory. The cruise could not have been better! Balconies are the best way to cruise, and I don't think I could go back to an IS or be comfortable with an OCV. I got more than my monies worth with getting a balcony cabin. Room service and breakfast on the balcony five days out of seven. The other two days we went to the Lido and decided to bring our trays back to the room to eat on the balcony watching the water go by. No other ships in sight from the starboard side except the occassional tanker or two.

I stayed in the Orlando area until yesterday afterday, so I guess luck was on our side for picking the right week to cruise.

I'm working on the full review, which I will try to post by tomorrow, followed by the pictures by the weekend.

Cruise withdrawal set in before we even hit debarkation! LOL

I'm Happy to hear you enjoyed Glory and had a great time.
The wife and I sailed on her last September and we loved it..
I can't wait till we can do the Balcony.. But we love it anyway,,
Can't wait to read the review.

Welcome back, Ken. Glad you enjoyed your balcony cabin on the Glory. That's all we book on 7 day cruises.
