Thread: Conquest 12/4/11 Winter getaway!

Hey everybody, recently booked this cruise with our PVP @ Carnival. I did not see a thread for this date, so I figure I take a step forward and create it. Never been to Jamaica, or Cayman Island before... Just a little tip, the 8th (Port Day, Cayman Islands) is my 21st Birthday!

Iv done Conquest 5 times, so if you think of questions, ask away.

Alright. I got a question. My last 3 cruises were aboard 'Spirit' class ships (Legend, Spirit, Miracle) the layout was fairly simple.. All inside entertainment was on deck 2, and 3. I didn't even look over the deck plans for the Conquest yet.. So my question is how complicated is it to navigate?

Decks 3 and 4 do not go thru, because you cant go thru the galley. So, just go up to 5, promenade (or you can go down to 2, but its boring lol) and go from one end to another.

I was very dissapointed when they took away the big shows in the theater every night. There used to be a awesome magic show for instance. Now several nights there are games in the theater or comedians in the back lounger on Promenade..(which are repeated and I always seem to find the same show twice).

All the other decks go thru.

Conquest has Movies under the Stars up on Lido and you can always swing by the buffet and check out the food when you need to get from one end to the other

Conquest does not have Serenity, but it does have the adults aft pool. To me just as good, but some dont like the pool being in the area where kids are getting pizza and the 24/7 soft serve is back there too.
