Thread: Conquest 9/07/08 - Who's going?

The countdown has begun and we are on our way soon! Hopefully Gustav will leave our pretty islands alone so they are ready for us when we get there! Who else is going on the Conquest for this cruise?

Me me me!!! I'll be there... !!! Can't wait to meet you all and can't wait to cruise!

We should really come up with something to wear at the meet right after the muster so that we can identify ourselves. Got any ideas on what we could do that anybody could find easily in their hometown?

Even though this isn't the AGUDF cruise, how about wearing something that has a smiley face on it. That should be pretty easy to get a hold of. Even the DH's can be a part of it. Wouldn't that be a funny site. All of these smiley faces at embarkation. That's my suggestion. I'm up for anything. I would actually wear a smiley face t-shirt with Allgeeteredup on the back and Dewy with AGU II on the back. That way we see you coming and going. He he. So does anyone want to do a wave to the Webcam at Harbour Hotel Pier? I am going to make a sign out of wrapping paper and then send a text message to a couple of friends for them to print screen and then send me a copy so I can see them watching me. Creepy....

Smiley Faces it is! I think that's an awesome idea - spread the word!

I'm here, I'm here! We are counting down the days to this cruise. We can't wait! As I posted on the DS (i know i am bad) Smiley faces are perfect!

I certainly hope that Gustav and Hanna bug out before they do any damage to our pretty little islands this week.

I have a feeling that Jamaica may be out for us depending on the damage from Gustav. We maybe rerouted to Progresso, just a thought. I have already started looking into excursions for Progresso to be ahead of the game.

Me too! Since that is where they rerouted this weeks cruise I thought I would check it out too because I have never been there before. Could be an adventure!

Hello ladies, no itinerary changes announced for the Conquest's Aug 31st departure as yet. I am expecting Carnival will announce some later. Gustav is now a Cat 4 hurricane. Hope your cruise vacation does not get ruined, that stinks.
