Eastern! We really love the Virgin Islands and that section of the Caribbean!
Next would be Southern ... then Western. Not that we don't like and always enjoy Western cruises ....
St.Maarten is our favorite! Just thinking about it makes me happy. Our least favorite was Guadeloupe. Note the "was" ... don't plan on going back but would never allow one port stop to keep us from going if the other stops were good.
LuLu ... Visit SOUTH CAROLINA!

I have only done Western, so I picked Eastern because I could only pick one. I picked the one I haven't done yet. We've done Western three times, but only twice by choice. The third Carnival cruise, we were supposed to do Eastern, but got diverted to Western because of a storm. I've heard so much good about St. Thomas/St. John and St. Marteen that I can't wait to go! We are booked Jan 07.
I like the Western ports, Cozumel was great. We went pre-Wilma and loved Chankanaab Park which we did on our own. Likewise with Grand Cayman. We rented a car there and drove all around out to Rum Point...just beautiful. That starfish in my avitar is a pic I took at a little cove we ventured upon in GC. I like Ocho Rios, but always have done excursions there as I don't feel safe going out on our own in Jamacia. We've done rafting on the Martha Brae and a day pass at a resort. Rafting was a great experience. A gentle hour long ride down the river through some very lush vegetation on a homemade sturdy raft...quiet and relaxing.

SOUTHERN, without a doubt!!!!!
Have been there several times and have loved every port and island and the locals, Eastern would be my second choice, I love St Thomas. Still want to see St John. Tried last cruise but the tour was cancelled. Guess I'll just have to go back,
Wasn't wild about the Western, Mexico isn't my favorite destination, :thumbsdow Went to Costa Maya, Cozumel, and Grand Cayman, plus Princess Cays. Except for Cays there was nothing special there to make me want to return. We didn't get to that 7 mile beach on Grand Cayman. Might have liked it better had we done so.
