Grand Turk. I've never seen anything quite like it. Everywhere we went on our Caribbean cruise had that brilliantly blue water, but Grand Turk especially so.

I thought Nassau was nice...can't speak for any other ports.

Sometimes after a storm, places with normally beautiful clear water may have somewhat murky water.

Half Moon Cay, the Holland America/Carnival private island has some of the bluest water around. And since you have to get to the island via tenders, it makes the up close and personal being surrounded by all that water even more intense.
