Which Port Has the Best Dolphin Swim?

Where is the BEST place to "Swim with the Dolphins"?

Have any of you done this? Did you like it? Would you recommend it to others?

Lulu, we did the dolphin swim in Cozumel. It was awesome and wonderful. I've never tried it elsewhere, so I can't comment on other ports. I would do it again!

I have this on my list for the next time we go to Cozumel... based solely on the footage I saw on the Travel Channel. Glad to see Hanna give that one the 'nod.'

But, like Lulu, I would sure love to read anything anyone else might have to say about thie or ANY of the Caribbean Dolphin swims.

Sheila, our was with RC excursions, but of course I found out later that we could have done it by ourselves cheaper. But it was worth it anyway. I know I can't spell it right but I will try.
Chanuskab park..about 4 miles from the pier. It's a beautiful place and the dolphins were so well treated.

    Is this the one Nancy?
RCL site says cost is $139; transfer is by Taxi, and you get a locker. Here's a description of the activities with the dolphins:

Following the briefing, swimmers will enter the water standing on a submerged platform for an introduction to their new Dolphin friend. Lots of contact will happen at this portion of the program as you get to touch the Dolphin and pose for a big dolphin kiss. Professional photographers and videographers will be there to catch all the action.

Next your trainer will lead you into deeper water, wearing a lifejacket, where you will perform various close contact behaviors with the Dolphin such as holding on to their pectoral fins as they pull you around or dancing belly to belly with your new friend. Fly across the water as you ride a Boogie Board while your Dolphin pushes you, exclusve to the Dolphin Push, Pull and Swim! During the final part of your experience, you will be asked to don your mask and snorkel to accompany your Dolphin and Trainer into the natural reef area. There you will marvel at the grace and intelligence of these amazing animals as you watch them swim next to you underwater and perform breathtaking behaviors with their trainer. This is the most amazing section of the program as guests will have the opportunity to see the dolphins in a three-dimensional world as they do fast swims, high jumps and other exciting behaviors.

Sheila, well they must have changed it somewhat. We didn't do a boogie board ride. We did take a ride on the dolphins tummy though. It was quite the thing! The rest sounds correct.
    It's well worth the money.

Tanya, I misspelled it too. It's the same one I'm sure. I wish I could take DGD as she loves dolphins, but she isn't old enough yet. Or tall enough either. The water did come up to my chest and I'm 5'3".

Hanna, I am 5'4 and it came up to my chest too....but I absolutely LOVED this excursion. It was my favorite excursion to date out of all of my cruises.
