I think RCCL built & owns the south dock in Cozumel (at Diamond Plaza). That's what I've heard anyway.

I also was not real impressed with Cancun. It was just like being in an American city. And the high rise luxurious resorts next to people living in slums kind of made me sick.

I have been there many times, just recently in June... Once you get downtown and away from the hotel zone you would have noticed it more like you have read... flea markets...everywhere.... the bullring....next time head downtown..!
