We do have lots and lots of light houses in our fantastic land. Wish I could post them all. But, this way you might have to come for a visit and find them yourself. Maybe we will be seeing you in Canada soon.

I got to the thread somehow without reading the full title. I just got excited when I saw the word lighthouses and had to get my fix for a third order fresnal lens

It's kind of New England, kindof a step child. That area is called the "Firelands" which is part of the Western Reserve where land was given to people from Conn. in the late 1700s after they had some sort of disaster.

Being that I'm from Michigan I had to enclose a photo. Our state has many lighthouses and I have seen many of them,and always enjoy hearing the history of the lighthouses.

I enjoy seeing the different lighthouses. There are many smaller ones around the Aquidneck Island (Newport, Rhode Island) I see at least a couple a day. I want to kayak to a few of them.
