My TA is Pete Peterson you can reach him @ 1-800-786-7926. This guy goes above and beyond to help his clients in any way he can. When I call he's always willing to help, when I leave a message he gets back with me that day. He is in contact either by phone or e-mail but I always know that he will return my call or e-mail.

As I said before this guy has been wonderful to us and for us.

Knowing that you have someone there that does not treat you like a number, does not just take your money and your on your own, and will help you to the best of his ability sure says a lot and means so much. When we booked our first cruise with AAA she did not give us the Senior rate when it became available, did not let us know when the price of the cruise had gone down. I was unaware of all of this as I was new to cruising but soon learned after reading some boards and talking to fellow passengers.
Give him a call and talk to him I am sure you will be booking with him before you hang up

. I am a hard one to please and have high expectations and Pete has fulfilled everything we have expected and more! Let him know Onboard from CLF informed you about him....He and his wife Nancy will take care of you!

This actually is a VERY GOOD THREAD!

People do need to know this sort of thing does happen .... We were all young once!

Fortunately, none of the "Sins of my youth" involve a criminal record of any kind.
