Hi daWoods. I hope your trip to Bar Harbor is a success.

Make sure to check out the stickie for Bar Harbor (Bar Harbor : Come Ashore). I know the crowds at the tender area can be large at times. Depending on what you want to do during your time ashore will dictate your response to this crowd. There is a great car service listed in the sticky that can take you on a tour of the area.

And, make sure to check out our sister site: SeeBarHarbor.com , when you are done here.

thanks,
tim

Hi Tim. I know Bar Harbor well since we live only about 4 hours away in New Brunswick. We love the area, especially the park. It's a great little town. We stay right downtown within walking distance of most restaurants and shopping. We've been going there regularly, sometimes twice a year, for over 20 years.

We're almost neighbors.

I imagine you could teach me a thing or two about Bar Harbor, from the sounds of it. If you have some favorite spots to eat, stay, play; please let me know. I would love to put them up over at seebarharbor.

cheers,
tim
