Thread: Need San Pedro Information

Anyone know if taxi's are plentiful at the San Pedro Port?? Cruising out of there for the first time in October and don't want to buy cruiseline transfers back to LAX if taxi's are plentiful.

MC I have some good information...........got it on another board. The place to stay is apparently Long Beach which is only about 7 miles away..........more to do.......nicer hotels. Also found out that there are plenty of taxi's lined up when you get off the ship to take you back to the airport.........no need therefore for RC or Princess transfers......much prefer taxi ride over a bus ride. Let me know if you need anything else and I'll try and find out.

Long beach is closer than Lax. Lax to San Pedro is $25-$40 depending on traffic. From Long Beach. Half that!!

I know it is 6 1/2 miles from the Westin where we are staying.......anyone taken the taxi and know?? That's what I was guessing Sue.
