    Arrow Port of Long Beach

    Long Beach, CA

Long Beach, located about 20 miles south of Los Angeles, is the perfect destination for leisure seekers. Beautifully situated along the Pacific Coast, the city provides unique dining experiences and an array of shopping choices. The port is adjacent to the RMS Queen Mary, the legendary liner launched in 1936, and used during WWII to transport military personnel. The Queen Mary retired to Long Beach in 1967 and now serves as a hotel. Be sure to visit the Aquarium of the Pacific, home to more than 12,000 animals, and featuring a shark lagoon. Next door is Rainbow Harbor and Shoreline Village, offering restaurants and arcades, perfect for the whole family. Long Beach is also home to a variety of cultural events, music festivals and sporting events. Los Angeles is served by both the Port of Los Angeles and the Port of Long Beach.

We couldn't get the flight times we wanted in and out. The times really sucked so we did this and it works perfectly. There are four of us so we are just grabbing taxis each way, it's cheaper than shuttles. Our flight leaves at 11:20 am coming home, that's going to be cutting it close but the ship will get us off early and if we don't make it, we have insurance
