I am looking for options for transportation from the Splendor to LAX. I would prefer not to do Super Shuttle but will if it's a last resort. Nothing against them but my guy is 6'4" and they can be kinda of uncomfortable. Carnival would be another option but I understand we have to wait until the bus is full before they will leave. We have 2pm flights and really don't want to cut that too close. Does anyone have a good discount code for a car service? That would be the ideal choice if it's not too out of line in price. I haven't been to California in several years so would appreciate all the help I can get!!!!

Sandy, it's not that far from LAX to Long Beach. Even on a bad day of traffic, it's barely an hour. On a good day, 30-40 minutes. Can't help you on the car thing. Sorry.

I have used Prime Time Shuttle several times and have been happy with them.

I wouldn't recommend a flight out of LAX before noon, but 2pm should be very doable. The last time we have hired a car service (we used coolrides) here was back in 2005 so I can't really help with a discount. If you're not going in the near future, I'll keep an eye out for any discount codes I see that don't require a physical coupon.

Thank you everyone for all the great advise...I'm glad to hear that our flights will be ok. I would rather just stay and do a back to back but that darn work seems to get in the way!!! Thanks again everyone!!!
