    A question for Residents of Southern California

    Considering we will have "luggage" What options do I have to get from Ensenada, Mexico to my home in Los Angeles after a cruise.

    can you maybe take a ship shuttle or some form of transpo to San Diego and then take the train up to LA?

    yeah thats it i just dont know how to get the 50 miles to the boarder.. would i be better off with a flight you think

    Either that or you might rent a car...just make sure you get MEXICAN car insurance as Baja is infamous for trying to involve Americans in car accidents, in hopes that they don't have the insurance.

    I guess you could fly from Ensenada to LAX or Burbank, but it might be costly. Ensenada is not a huge airport and flights might be limited?

    We took the ship shuttle from San Diego to Ensenada.
    It was not too bad a ride.

    Jodibb-because that is the end of a cruise i was considering......
    I would never rent a car in mexico
