I never saw this question posed before: Which cruise ships have the best and worst cabins? Not the suites, but the balcony cabins like minisuites on Princess ships. I am sure that is not an easy question to answer, but certainly some people have strong opinions about who has the best and worst balcony cabins based on experience.
