I plan on booking a Celebrity cruise to Alaska on the Millenium. Are all inside staterooms the same? Their site implies some have upper berths, which I do not want. Any hints for choosing staterooms. Is it worth the upgrade to Ocean View?

Hey there! Welcome to our friendly cruise community!
To answer the inside cabin question...yes, a lot of those will have upper berths. You can tell by the symbol on the deck plans which ones those are.
For Alaska, I would definitely move to an outside cabin! The views are awesome and you don't want to miss a thing! If doable, a balcony would be the best option so you can see more and enjoy the panaramic views.
Whichever cabin you choose, you are bound to have a great experience with Celebrity and Alaska!![]()
Thank you for your thoughts. I will check the cost for the OV and balcony on the right side (we are booking a one way sailing north).
I would agree with Char on this one. You definitely need to have a view. And a balcony cabin where you can open the door and see everything is a very good "want".
