    Max Occupancy

    Hello everyone,

I am wondering if someone can has an answer for me. We will be traveling with a minimum of 10 people, 3 adults and seven children. Are there any Carnival Cruises that leave from any of the Florida ports that have 5 per room????

I think I read somewhere that Carnival has certain ships that allow five per room, but I don't know which ones they are? Or if they really exist.

THanks for any information that you can provide.

For an unusual configuration like that, you're better off getting an immediate answer direct from Carnival - 1-800-764-742

Please let others here know when you get the answer, though

Yes, they do have cabins for 5.

If you have 3 small children, it can work well for you. Just keep in mind that these cabins are no bigger than a regular cabin and can get very crowded.

So, if the kids are a little older, you might prefer two connecting cabins as this will give you more room, 2 tv's, 2 bathrooms, and some privacy when needed.

As for finding out which cabins and how much, contact your agent and they'll be glad to provide all the information you need. Do not call Carnival directly as the people you talk to work in a call center and have never seen a ship. So their ability to assist you is very limited and their knowledge is extremely lacking compared to a reputable agent.

Thank you for all the answers. I guess I need to first find a reputable travel agent that has been cruising in my area or somewhere close....

CruisePlanner - where are you located??? I see in your siggie it says VA, but how far in VA. I am not too far from there and one of the people that plans to go (my mother) works in Oakton, VA. Let me know

    Thanks again

Some people try to turn back their odometers. Not me! I want people to know why I look this way. I've traveled a long way, and some of the roads weren't paved.

We're in Ashburn - not far from Oakton. In fact, I've refereed many of the ice hockey games for the Oakton High School.

Let me know if I can help.

Sue thanks for sharing that picture. That doesn't look to bad as far as spacing goes. Especially since we dont plan to spend a whole lot of time in the room!!!

Gaack, I for one would go crazy having that many people in my room. I would go with adjoining cabins but if cost is a consideration, it is something to consider. I would have to do some digging to find out the cost differences.

I haven't checked, but does MSC have any cruises to the Bahamas that offer the "kids cruise free" option? That would be worth considering if the itinerary is right.
