    State Room Guarantee

I booked a guarantee room on RCCL. I went on the web site to see if they had gave me a room yet and on the top it says #7262 state rm is this just a category state rm# or is this the state rm I've been assigned? If this is the state rm, is this a good or bad state room, and if it is bad, do you think I have a chance at being upgraded?

Great location. That is a stateroom # but it could change again, About 6 cabins from an elevator, Cabins above and below so no noise. If you want to keep it call your TA and say you want it.

Some people try to turn back their odometers. Not me! I want people to know why I look this way. I've traveled a long way, and some of the roads weren't paved.

Sue looked at the other posts made by the poster and saw that she had started a Roll Call for the Explorer.

Edit: Sue & I were posting at the same time!

7262 is a connecting cabin, you have a door to the cabin next to you. The door will be locked but some say the noise from the next cabin is a factor although I haven't had that problem. Another factor is that you will probably have an easy chair instead of a sofa.
You might ask your TA to see if another same category cabin can be substituted, there are some nice ones midships on deck 8.
