There are 4 hump cabins on the Radiance class (Royal Caribbean) that has really tiny balconies, more like french doors where you barely can fit a chair.

    those are:

    7606
    7596
    8600
    8590

I had 8600 booked once but changed cabin when I saw a picture of the balcony.

It should be noted that these as well as the pictures
that Reggie posted are of Radiance class ships.
Although there is a hump on the Voyager and Freedom Classes,
They are not as pronounced and the balconies are not much
    different than any other balcony.

This is a closer shot of the bump cabins on the Serenade.
On deck 9 the balcony is more than twice as deep as the cabin 2 doors down.

The smoked glass windows on deck 10, above the large balcony cabins, is the Concierge Lounge on Radiance Class ships. I have spent a considerable amount of time there especially during the cocktail hours from 5PM till 8:30PM. The large balconies on deck 7 & 8 are E1 category cabins and on deck 9 D1 category. I have been in 8088, the larger of and closer to the elevators of the 2 large balcony cabins on deck 8. The pictures above of the balcony from inside the cabin were of cabin 8102, just aft of the elevators and a mirror image of 8088.

9576 on th Brilliance was nice. We had 2 lounges, 2 chairs and a small table. There were life boats under the balcony, 2 decks down, which may have blocked the view a bit. Your neighbors can check you out when you are at the railing. We would stay there again.

    Great cabin also, cat. D1.
The cabins on the 2 decks below are E1's and are also primo cabins.
