    Carnival Triumph Balcony

    I was told that only category 11 and above have refrigerators/minibars on the Triumph. I have an 8c and they told me there is no refrigerator yet the interactive stateroom shows one. I asked for one for my friend who is insulin dependent and they told me no that she can put it in the guest services refrigerator and go get it when she needs a shot. anyone know if they have refrigerators in 8C or specifically cabin 7333. Thanks.

    I don't think that category has refrigerators. When we were on the Triumph in 2006, my mother-in-law also had to store her medicine elsewhere because our balcony cabins did not have refrigerators. Carnival told her to book Princess if she wanted refrigerators.

    Wow! Such customer service! Just for that I think I would book Princess next time...that'll show them!

    Call back customer service and ask if they can supply you with a portable fridge.

    i sent them a letter, filled out the disability form, called and they are just too bad. i said so if she doesn't get to guest services in time i hope a guest finds her in the hallway. they said yeah i hope so too. you can't even reply to that.

    We did. Our next cruise was on the Coral Princess and it was definitely worth paying more.

    well carnival called me today to verify that there will be a refrigerator waiting in the room. if it's not there when we get there not to worry we are on the list so it will be there shortly but she is sure it should be there before we even get on. !!
