Is a one stop on Bermuda cruise worth it?

We did a cruise from Cape Liberty to Bermuda back in 2008. We were there for about 36 hours and wished we had more time on the island! We'd love to go back and I've been looking at the itineraries that stay there for 3 days. So I'd say YES, a cruise to just Bermuda is definitely worth it

I will find out in April, but I expect I will have to go back for longer.

As with most 5-day Bermuda cruises, you're only there for about 1-1/2 days. Whether this is enough time depends on what you want to do. If you want to spend alot of time on the beach, then look at the 7-night cruises. But Bermuda is a very nice port and well worth a visit.

As for the Canada/New England cruises, these are wonderful! There are some great ports offering great food, wonderful excursions, and absolutely awesome people. Definitely alot of things to see and do as well as alot of history to learn.

No, I've never done a New England/Canada cruise yet. It's on the bucket list, but we seem to go where it's warm when cruising from a US port Also, my DH does not want to leave on a cruise out of NY, Cape Liberty was as close to NY as I could get him!

I'd also like to add that even if you're not into spending the day on the beach, there is a lot to see in Bermuda for those 3 days a 7 night cruise will give you. Hotels in Bermuda are extremely expensive so using the ship as your hotel will get you more bang for your buck

We went to Hamilton, Horseshoe Bay & the Maritime Museum on Day 1 and did a kayaking tour on the morning of Day 2. We were docked in King's Wharf/Royal Navy Dockyard and never made it over to the St. George's area. There just wasn't enough time.

The more days the better. Even a one day stop is worth it.

The place is truly heaven on earth.

We did a three day trip, as well as multiple two day stops.

Pete, I really agree with you! While we like Bermuda, the convenient cruise we could take from Charleston is 6 days with only 1-1/2 in Bermuda. We would want to have more time in port.
