If you really, really loved Bannister Island Resort, you may be interested to know that it is for sal - lock, stock and barrel - the whole island.

2.2 million.

Makes me wonder if anything is left after the hurricanes this year. Wouldn't take much to wash everything on the island away.

Guess if we looked at the available excursions for the various cruise lines and the Bannister Island excursion is still being sold, that would tell us something . . .

If not, it would tell us something else.

Only hope whoever buys Bannister Island will continute to allow operators to offer Cruise Ship Excursions ... because it is a beautiful and SAFE place to go in Belize!

It is up for sale AS an operating business, for what it's worth.

I haven't felt unsafe in Belize City...
