No one responded to this inquiry.However, a friend went on the river tour to the ruins. It is 1 1/2 hours to the ruins by boat that is like a speed boat & goes full throttle the entire way. Not much time at the ruins and then back by bus. They did have rain in the rain forest. Imagine that! She enjoyed this but felt it was a very long tour & there was nothing you could do after you got on the boat!
