We bought the shore excursion from the ship, and went to Alta Hun and Mayan Ruins. Interesting if you are into the Aztecs, Incas and Mayans. Really boring if you are not.

We went with Reggie Trapp for the Cave Tubing exploration @ $65 pp. It was lots of fun and more reasonable than a ship tour. Like going to Swim with Sting Rays in Grand Caymen, doing the Cave Tubing at Belize is a must do tour.

We did the reef and sting ray snorkel. Booked through Princess. Great tour, beautiful reef and swam with sting rays. After the swim they served rum punch. It was good, in fact too good, at least going down. Coming up was another story. Didn't plan to drink that much but it was good and didn't feel the effects until I tried to stand up. Recomened tour just go easy on the punch

We also did the cave tubing with Reggie they also start higher up the river witch gives an extra cave to explore than did the ship sponsered excursion and it was cheaper!! Belize also has great shopping in the area they tender you to.

We did Reggies cave tubbing which was pretty good. We also did the Lamani ruins on a different cruise and that tour is fanstastic!
