Beautiful LuLu Love the blue & the flags Excellent choice
Some people try to turn back their odometers. Not me! I want people to know why I look this way. I've traveled a long way, and some of the roads weren't paved.

Lovely watch at such a bargain But since you want to spend that amount of cash on a watch why not go for a Cartier...(I love my Pasha)

Char, thanks for posting the picture for me! I wanted you girls who enjoyed cruising as much as I do to see why I'm so very tempted by it.

Lars, Cartier does make lovely watches but the ones they make that I like look too much the same as my good watch that will eventually return from Switzerland.

This Corum really attracted my attention because of the face. DH says he'll get it for me for Christmas if I decide I want it.

Between now and then I'm wearing my Swatch Watch that I use for shore excursions. Sometimes on port intensive cruises, I wear it almost the entire cruise because I do like it and it keeps perfect time.

I was more than happy to post it for you, LuLu! It is a beautiful watch and I'm sure you will be the envy of all your friends because DH has bought this for you!

(I speak as if it is a done deal! )

Some very nice watches and I have found one for me Corum Romulus Big Date (SS-RG/black /Leather )

But I have a nice gold watch for evenings and a "day" watch as well as a few pocket watches so I will resist the temptation.

I don't own a watch - haven't used one for almost a decade now. But I'd be tempted by the Admiral's Cup!

Found it on Luxury Watches at The Watchery: Tag Heuer, Cartier, Movado, Breitling, Omega, Ebel Designer Watches

Their model# is 039-440-65-V780-PN13 for the Corum (Admiral's) I like and has a gold band with a blue face and is on sale there for $8,600. Come on ... think how often we've spent that much or more for a cruise.
But on a cruise I get free meals and if I want to know the time all I have to do is ask any crew member.

Thanks everyone for your replies. There are many FAKE Corum watches around so we're being careful and checking for any consumer complaints on The Watchery. Maybe some info will be in by the time we return from our Thanksgiving cruise.

    Better silly, than sorry!
