Does anyone else always dread going on line to fill out forms and printing the Boarding Passes & Luggage Tags?

Lulu, dread it??? Do you dread it??
I love it- I always print out all the papers 4 days before the cruise.

I love it too, it means we are going soon, I fill in the online details as soon as I can as well!! Love all the planning.
I miss getting the cruise documents in the mail.![]()

I miss getting a big booklet with all the trips in, I like to browse through at leisure.
RCCL has just done the best thing. You can now print your setsail pass and other documents at home AND have your luggage tags mailed to you. I did not like filling out luggage tags at the pier.

I'm afraid that you're never again going to have any options about your documents!
I, for one, am very happy to use my own paper and ink to print out my own boarding passes and luggage tags!
If you have to fly to your departure point, then I strongly urge that, once you've printed out your lkuggage tags, you "laminate" them with a good-quality packaging tape. Otherwise, they could easily be "damaged" (that is, all too probably, "destroyed"), and possibly, rendered useless!

We printed out our luggage tags last year, and folded them so they could fit into name tag holders, like the kind given out at conventions. We then tied those to the luggage.
I knew that there would be people at the pier who would fill out luggage tags for you if yours got lost, etc., and I wanted to avoid that. First, paper tags can rip off easily if they are pushed against other luggage. Second, I didn't want to wait in line for someone who would have tags for us (there were no lines, so it wasn't an issue anyway.).
One thing I didn't think about was that Europeans write numbers differently than Americans, especially for sevens - they sometimes look like ones, and vice versa. We kept having luggage delivered to our cabin that wasn't ours, because the stewards couldn't read the numbers written by the people at the pier. And no, we didn't keep any of it.
